The Internet has simple operating rule. Anyone who wants to reach a point passes through others. Just like walking on the street. All these services retain the original IP (are required by law), and even it seems to be a safe job (in order to convince you), this act itself is incrimitated because apart to get the address of origin, reveales the intention of hiding, without any mitigating circumstances. Hosting a website in other countries does not help, because AIMR is working in collaboration with IFPI (ifpi.org) - an organization operating in all major countries. In other words, it is only “an e-mail away”.

One thing is sure. Sometimes, all above described investigations slow down for some years (although rarely), BUT NOT STOP. The more as it takes a longer time.
